Hours – The office hours for Keith, Shapiro & Ford are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.. Weekend appointments may be available. Our phones are answered by individuals 24/7/365. No machine will ever take your call. In the case of emergencies our service will do their best to find your lawyer and if they can't they'll do their best to find one of us.
Free Consultations - Keith, Shapiro & Ford offers a free in-office consultation for most matters that our firm handles. We, therefore, do not respond to questions sent to us by email as, without discussion, analysis or clarification, to do so would not only be inadequate, but could result in an incorrect conclusion leading to major legal problems for the person relying on the erroneous response based on insufficient facts.
